Thank you for that, it worked to give me the option to add a secondary IP.  The function itself leaves something to be desired but it does at least work.

According to their site its based on a variety of factors, no idea what these factors are but it sure doesnt seem to ever change. I will have to pay more attention to it from now on as I am curious if any company has reached a higher than 1 reliability.

FraudRecord is a great tool if used properly. When you see a customer has been reported for spamming 5 or 6 times its rather obvious they are not a client you want on your network. The only thing that bothers me about it is the "reliability" ranking. I have yet to see anyone ranked higher than a 1.

Just signed up for bitpay based off the recommendations in this thread. I will be interested to see if it catches on and changes our conversion rates at all. 

I don't use them, the camera software that reads them is shoddy and as previously stated I can typically google something faster. 

Honestly not being a fan of PayPal I feel it would be detrimental to any online business not to accept it. They are to widely used and trusted. It sounds like you have already made your decision but we feel offering at least a secondary option is also a smart business decision.
