need help reliablesite.net didicated to install as solusvm node

I have been trying to install reliablesite.net didicated as a node anyone here done it using they control panel before, putty would not install it reports that it dose not allow this install now when pronoted to install. The support team has not been much help just going no were keeps pointing us to there login panel but not providing a fix. Any help would be good

I hate to sound rude here, but shouldn't a web hosting company know how to fix these problems themself?

Reliablesite should be able to provide help - if not, you need to find an alternative provider.

I honestly don't think it's Reliablesite's problem.  Tons of people use them for VPS nodes without any difficulty.  Sounds like the OP just doesn't know what he's doing.

Indeed buy they can't provide the level of support the OP needs hence the move.

I think for the level of support the OP needs a live-in carer would be required.

Can't fix stupid.

Virtualization?


What's the error message exactly?


Furthermore, you can buy installation services from a few vendors. SSM does OpenVZ and Xen if I recall?

Always use proper capitalisation and punctuation...see the difference?
