ip responded, web server is responding as well. DNS is ok http://www.intodns.com/bwghosting.com site shows php info http://bwghosting.com/ on http but https doesn't load maybe a SSL issue

...because we joined 2 hours ago and we still need 2 more posts before we can post an offer!

I reported it the moment I laid eyes on it. It's purely to boost it's own post count as per what @DomainBop described. That kind of posters ought to be just banned on the spot; there's no excuses for it. They are incredibly low in my eyes.
