KVM in Chicago

I currently have a VPS in Chicago but they are discontinuing services in Chicago. I'd like to stay in Chicago so I'm looking for a KVM VPS with the following specs:

At least 1GB RAM

At least 50GB HDD

Minimum 2 cores

1 or 2 IPv4 addresses

IPv6 a plus but not required

Under $10/mo

Anyone got anything meeting these specs?

Is Chicago a hard requirement? We offer out of Jacksonville, Bandwidth backhauls via Atlanta (minus Atrato which is on-net). MS difference should be minimal.

I would prefer Chicago or somewhere in the Midwest.
