Are these directly with Choopa or is it via CC in Choopa's facility?  Cause I just have to clarify.

You can assume whatever you want, but you know what they say about assuming...

We do not own the hardware. I'd also like to add that we can do very competitive pricing on IPs, should anyone be looking for VPS nodes.
