NYC KVM with /64 IPv6

I know this is a long shot, and perhaps should be submitted as a question in another forum, but are there any providers in NYC who offer KVMs with a /64 of IPv6 addresses? I'm willing to pay a premium for the prime location and the /64, as long as IPv6 is native.  There are any number of providers I could go through with a tunnel, but I'd like native on this one. Just outside NYC is acceptable as well, within 2-3ms. I am considering Linode at the moment, but any other offers would be great. I'm looking for something on the lower end in terms of specs, this will (hopefully) be used as a VPN with passthru IPv6.

Ideal:

256MB KVM

1TB Bandwidth

20GB HDD or 10GB SSD

1-2 Cores

/64 of IPv6 (or larger) routed subnet native

Yup, full /64 for any VM.  Direct with Choopa out of the DF building in Piscataway.  NJ is still HDD+SSD cache, but meets all your other specs.  Stock for NJ KVM is disabled at the moment (I'm rewriting the scripts that calculate availability), but I can create the order for ya manually.
