Looking for L1/L2 support and sales/marketing

Hi,

I'm looking for L1/L2 support techs and sales/marketing representatives. 

Notes:

• This is a remote position
• This is not for KnownSRV, but for a separate start-up company we are funding
• No outsourcing companies
  

Support qualifications:

• Linux experience(Mainly CentOS and Debian).
• Control panels(Mainly cPanel, Kloxo and Webmin)
• Ability to troubleshoot basic Linux issues
• Ability to escalate to L3 when needed
• Being friendly and cool with customers
• Good written English skills
• Communication with management about everything they should be aware of
• Knowledge of SolusVM, OpenVZ and KVM is a bonus

Sales/marketing qualifications:

• Generate new leads
• Knowledge of the web hosting industry
• Ability to help customers to make orders, downgrade, upgrade etc
• Good written English skills
• Being honest and friendly
• Good communication with management
