We are implementing QR Codes for my current organization for asset/inventory tracking. Works well for us. We have barcodes as well, so i guess it just depends.
I would certainly go with Knownhost. I have used them in the past multiple times. Plus i trust a company that put trust in me a few years ago to help their dallas operation out when Colo4 had their power issues. :) +10 votes from me.
Oh you know...EIGI has posted adjusted income from Q1 to Q3 at a cool $472 Million. Projected to have $165M for Q4 for a nice total of $637M for the year. Not bad....only a small bank roll.
@MartinD I thought with the client groups assigned to the clients you could then set their support group they open a ticket with and with that would determine the SLA based on the support group.
It has been a few years since i have messed with WHMCS though, so I could be wrong.
