I don't see how they could ask for any more money considering the lack of storage backends, local LVM :-( and a migration framework that doesn't even use lvm snapshots to keep downtime to a minimum, migrating a 300GB VPS takes hours and needs to be off line the entire time, while I know you can...
Agreed , both NOC-PS and Foreman are the way to go, We have used both of them.
We currently use NOC-PS but I really liked the foreman, especially how easy it was to pass info from the order form into the pxe script or first boot script

Likely old news for some but Proxmox 4.0 is now released and openvz is now gone in place for LXC, which brings a much newer kernel also

Yeah we looked at them for their white label openstack stuff, way to costly for an opensource cloud in my mind, I couldn't understand why one would go openstack just to get billed 325USD per compute CPU socket for billing.
