Well, the amount of work it would have required to get another cPanel VPS up and running, then restore the clients backup, an old one might i add on it after setting it up would be just crazy and very problematic! Considering i was slacking on the backups the last period before it went off

My VPS on BUF19 (if tis still there and not moved to another host) is online and was restored from a backup since early morning my time .. which is about 4 AM GMT time

Finally!y VPS is back online! 3 hours after my ticket was out into restoration category! The backup I think is around June 10th to June 14th .. On BUF19 But hey, at least they did have backups after all! :D Good luck to everyone else getting your data back!

I got the same one, like, the EXACT wording .. so its another mass response, i was going to post it ... you beat me to it. ya well, they're moving forward, a bit slow perhaps, but in the right direction ... i hope at least the backups are there. that's ALL i care about right now.

BUF19 as far as I can remember

VPS finally up here .. With the wrong OS :P When I ordered, I chose Debian, now from the apache test page, I see it's CentOS Waiting for the backup restoration now! :)

ya :P But then you suspect if these were ever online! like, were they even online before the issues that occured? maybe they never were :P Unless someone can confirm they were active.
