We got our insurance through TechInsurance. The process was very straightforward and we had the documents our datacenters needed within hours.
The cost is nothing compared to what you're out if anything happens to your hardware.
We also use PBX in a Flash (FreePPBX, Asterisk, and some extras). We use LES.net for our DIDs. Haven't had any issues, although our PBX doesn't get that much use.

Just got an email from VPN.SH saying that PayPal is no longer willing to accept payments on their behalf. Email included below.
To me it sounds like PayPal is starting to arbitrarily choose who to accept/not accept payments for.
It seems like they have disabled signup for this offer.
They also own the data-center where ColoCrossing has at least a few rows of their racks in Buffalo.
Is there a supplier similar to SuperBiiz/MaLabs in terms of pricing when ordering parts and not pre-build systems? SuperBiiz has been hard to work with on a recent order and we're wondering if theres anyone comparable.
It took us about five weeks when we were going through the initial request process a few months ago. Allocations like this one are plain stupid in my opinion. I dont see how there can be such different treatment of different sized organizations.
Just by emailing our SuperBiiz account manager we get discounted pricing, on small or large quantities. They have a retail side but they also do customized ordering via their account managers.
