I really like the theme/fonts from WHT. But of course I like it here too. WHT uses vBulletin, but I really like IPB.

I have to agree with Jade. Live chat makes customers feel comfortable knowing that there are staff online at all times especially if something goes wrong with your website (of course it depends on how bad the issue is as a ticket may be needed instead as the issue may have to be investigated)...

Sure. Kayako freezes on me a lot. Sometimes the chat shows up but it's in blue. This could be due to a connection issue.

Arvixe uses Kayako. I usually have issues with it. I hope Kayako can address them. I hear people use PHP Live, but I think Kayako is much better in my opinion when it comes to the GUI and how it looks in general.

Everyone makes mistakes. No one is perfect. The only thing you can do is learn from your mistakes. Of course listen to people and build from there. Try and not make the same mistake again.

I'm a IPB Fan. I used IPB since around 2009 or around there until today. I don't like other forum software.
