Hello,
Actually, I want to know what is a dedicated server means and its benefits. because in the market there are many servers that are available like, VPS and shared web hosting servers. So among this, I want to know dedicated servers specifically.

Dedicated server is devoted to a single organization or for a single purpose, such as a website. This is in contrast to shared hosting, in which a server acts as a host to multiple clients.

A dedicated hosting service is sometimes referred to as a dedicated server and can be set up in-house or externally as a service from within a data center.

Advantages of Dedicated hosting

1. Server resources are not shared
2. Enhanced performance and security
3. flexibility of customizing the server to the clients unique needs
4. Unique IP address.
5. No overhead for purchasing or maintaining equipment

It's the big brother of a VPS.

a VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a smaller slice allocated from a *Dedicated Server*

A dedicated server is essentially a bare metal computer, usually with enterprise level hardware for greater reliability / redundancy that sits in a temperature, humidity and environment controlled building (Datacentre) that runs 24/7.

There are lots of benefits to using a Dedicated Server instead of a VPS, however it depends on your specific use case, as a Dedicated Server could actually be worse, if say your use case was high availability then you'd actually want to go for a Cloud / VPS as it could potentially replicate across multiple Dedicated Servers.

The biggest benefit being is you'll have no noisy neighbours, all the resources/hardware is yours to use how you wish (of course legally).

I hope that helps.
