What's your favorite christmas movie and why is it "A Christmas Story" ?

So what's your usual traditions when it comes to Christmas movies?

I'm always a big fan of National Lampoons. This year I've had my copy of Christmas Story playing on repeat on the TV non stop

Every Xmas eve, we watch "A Christmas Carol" (the Patrick Stewert version) - then boxing day is for 1 and 2 of the Home Alone's.


National lampoons is great - I prefer "Vacation" though. Cracks me up.

Gremlins

I prefer the George C Scott Christmas Carol.

I like old movies...last couple years the wife and I have made White Christmas our Christmas movie.


I'm kind if burned out on It's a Wonderful Life.


Do the Die Hard movies qualify as Christmas movies? ;-)

Christmas Vacation is our go-to Christmas Eve movie, can't go fucking with tradition.

I don't have a favorite Christmas movie but someone forwarded me a link to this Santa story and I think this now my favorite Christmas story.

It's an old Matt Stone and Trey Parker movie... It's actually pretty bad but I like it.

Die hard?!

I forget the name but i think its Rudolph the red nose reindeer, you know the one the has the clay action figures, i always loved that one.

We watch Christmas Vacation and Christmas Story every year, without fail. Two classics that we simply can't have a proper Christmas without.

Ummm, not the traditional choice, but we watch Star Wars.
