Is it a new theme or just moved sections (or widgets)? I want a different theme with different colors if that can be enabled by individual user using Change Theme option at bottom.

Yes, little differently. If using the full theme (not the mobile one) then selecting the text gets you Quote/Mention options.

I think you can run multiple KVMs on top of a XEN node if I remember well (from the LET thread)... lol

I would rather prefer the home page showing what the View New Content link on the top left corner takes to. This way we can have similar feel of what Vanilla offered on LET.
