Well, this is why Catalyst makes sure all of our servers are on A+B Power, and we consider it as a feature.  I personally prefer A+B Power to be pretty important for mission critical things.  

Use notepad and keep the formatting there.  It's simple BBCode and transfers over via Copy and Paste. Or use Wordpad/Word/any text editor and the WYSIWYG Editor should take care of formatting (most of the time).

I like it, but I feel like it does lack some color (personally).  I also personally don't like fixed navigation.  I feel like it's using up screen real estate that could be invested in something else. But yeah besides for that everything looks fantastic! 

As a previous customer to OneAsiaHost, I can definitely say Kenshin runs a pretty nice operation there.  Just know that Bandwidth is at such a high premium there you have to watch out.   Either way, just go for an OpenVZ VPS 128mb and it's 12/quarterly, meaning 4 dollars a month, which is well...
