AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

So it happened in August of last year... Well, supposedly at least. I'd like to see the logs. More curious if the LEB post in October was submitted before the transfer to Fabozzi in August.

AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

...that guy doesn't have an extended history in the industry and quite possibly didn't know what he was getting into when dealing with Chris Fabozzi. Chris Fabozzi from ChicagoVPS has a track record of backdoor deals and being a shady dude. It's not surprising there would be no formal...

AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

Was the old owner named Aaron? If so, then someone should ask if he was involved in the LEB posting that's up. According to http://lowendbox.com/blog/azzavps-5-50month-2-5gb-openvz-in-chicago-usa/ , he was still involved as of October. It's possible the LE posting was a last ditch before the...

AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

TL;DR Chris wasted his money by buying another worthless hobby business that had a mediocre/bad reputation and nothing going for it, and no assets aside from a  turnstile customer list, a large percentage of whom nobody in their right mind would want as customers and the majority of whom only...

AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

...Azzavps.com was registered 2013-04-16....  and that post above was February 1, 2014...  So 9 months.... 9 months = 4 months by original owner then 5 months by ChicagoVPS/Fabozzi. Meaning real deal in like September of 2013.

AzzaVPS sold for not quite the price of a dedicated server - ChicagoVPS dumps deal

Current thread over on that LET site. TL;DR - AzzaVPS sold to ChicagoVPS.  No real details or timeline, so far.  Deal was for the price of a dedicated server. Fabozzi exited deal / didn't follow through. Bad business practice  http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/23352/bad-business-practice

Chris Fabozzi of ChicagoVPS wanted to start a data center with who?

He does business (and strictly business from a professional standpoint) with Robert Clarke.  Fabozzi would be somewhat of a step up from that.

Chris Fabozzi of ChicagoVPS wanted to start a data center with who?

Kaniini is a stand up guy and I highly doubt there's any current relationship between him and Fabozzi.

Chris Fabozzi of ChicagoVPS wanted to start a data center with who?

Fabozzi has nothing to do with us.  But yes, I can verify he did reach out to ChrisK back when Avante was a thing.

Chris Fabozzi of ChicagoVPS wanted to start a data center with who?

So, since it came up in another thread around here and probably isn't known so widely... The Chris Fabozzi email to someone years ago about  collaborating to open a datacenter.. This email: The magical other person that Fabozzi was chattering to was: Avante.... ChrisK's former company...

Chris Fabozzi from ChicagoVPS can you reply to YOUR tickets?

Chris, I guess I am going to need to ask you here if you can reply to tickets that are assigned to you and you ask for data.   You asked on 2/10/14 for data, and 1hr later I resupplied you with the needed data.  Now after 5 more replies you just closed out the ticket and have done nothing to...

ColoCrossing / VSNX Starts it's Hostile Takeover of the LOWEND VPS Market

I admire your creativity. However: You are one year off: http://lowendbox.com/blog/exit0/ (January 2012) ColoCrossing is assummed to have taken over in December 2012 (I don't know the details and I honestly never asked), as that's when "jbiloh" approved "SysAdmin"'s membership. The DDoS...

ColoCrossing / VSNX Starts it's Hostile Takeover of the LOWEND VPS Market

Funny, Fabozzi won't touch his entitlement behavior, hanging with minors committing felonies, disregarding privacy regulations, dabbling in tax fraud, etc.  But along comes Kossen.  I hope they are paying you well... "I don't know how everything went in detail, but I believe Scott gave the site...

ColoCrossing / VSNX Starts it's Hostile Takeover of the LOWEND VPS Market

I've tried to do that on several occasions by asking people whether they were OK with doing this (I only started asking after the whole world blew apart over me screwing up one thread). They don't respond to these PMs, which is rather unfortunate. I'm going to keep trying this just for a bit...

    BlueVM Change of Ownership?

Not BOA, Fab deals with Citizens Bank... we learned that with the Saturday bank wires in the UGVPS matter. I'm not commenting on BlueVM, as lots of folks have some strange allegiance to them...

    BlueVM Change of Ownership?

I can paint a picture that Fabozzi owns the bank of america or that you own httpzoom. No proof so I trust BlueVM and no false accusations.

...pictures of you and your suburban spoiled brat pack... Someone needs to rip the silver a$$ plugs right out of you folks. If I were Chris Fabozzi, I'd be more concerned with running a legit business, treating my staff right, paying folks, etc.  I told you about this having no employees, all...
