Agreed about ioping tests, and if we want to take it a step farther, choosing a VPS provider based primarily on the "blazing fast" dd and ioping results the provider posted in their offer is equally pointless.

The customer has virtually no protection if something goes wrong when they pay for hosting services with PayPal because hosting services are virtual goods.  If a customer wants protection they should use a credit card.

KiwiVM (BandwagonHost/VPSBlast/iT7) has a self-migration feature.  They don't impose any limitations on the number of migrations or frequency of migrations but they do use Nodewatch (developed by them) for general abuse curbing on their nodes.
