Thoughts on public shaming / blacklist of accounts in negative standing?

Well, depends on their privacy policies and the laws governing their privacy policies.

    ARM device to replace desktop?

You will hit a little problem with Skype on ARM. Skype's linux version (closed-source obviously), IIRC has not been compiled for ARM platform.

Stay away from Damien and his company SupremeBytes. (my review)

I am, as always, interested in the quantity scale of abuse complaints you get every month, on your customers. If you have a customer base that produces large amount of spam listings every month, then I am not really sure who is in the right. Again, just "if", since a rough quantity scale has...

Title is slightly misleading. $8 a month buys you 2GB of RAM (on OpenVZ), not 8GB. May be an "up to" before "8GB" in title?

Linode - 3        Worked for me, worked well, no regret for pricing. Ramnode - 2   The go-to provider for slightly less monthly expenses. HM: Crissic: Comfortably accommodated OpenVZ.  Runabove: A much better impression in VM hosting than their OVH Classic range. RIJX: My $5/yr server is...

Anyone want my OVH dedi? $60/mo

It is unlikely that OVH will transfer a suspended server; if buyer pays for the server to be resurrected, they are paying for the days of suspension which the server weren't theirs; SYS servers for the same price (E3 1245v2, 32GB) do have failover IPs and DDoS VAC (close to OVH Dedi's service...
