    Bitpay

At one point they charged 1% on the basic accounts, at least that's what it was when I initially signed up *shrug*

Why do vps providers not allow TOR?

It likely could have just been the person I was working with not wanting to be a total dickhead about it. Could also depend on the specific case, depends on severity etc. Who knows. I'd rather not find out though :P

Why do vps providers not allow TOR?

Ah yeah. Well hopefully they realize what VPS and Cloud hosting is now :P That is a few years old.

Why do vps providers not allow TOR?

Not true, actually. Had an incident with a major lettered agency a few months prior and they wrote up a Warrant to do so. I explained how VPS work and they said they just wanted to grab a copy of the data, but still wanted physical access to it, but that they wouldn't be taking the entire node...

    Abuse Monitoring for OpenVZ

I gave up on that. Constant issues, servers vanishing from program, program not dealing with rules properly, and then Bryson stopped responding to me :( Great potential for that though. When it worked, it worked. Just didn't work often.

[Confirmed] GreenValueHost being sold to XFuseSolutions

I wouldn't be surprised if the deal was no upfront cash with a percentage of profits going Jonny's way.

Centarra Migrates Data Centers Some Customers Not Notified

So something you knew way in advance you opted to wait until last second to do anything about and didn't notify people properly, so called it "emergency" maint? Sounds pretty bad :P

Well, I wish him luck with that. Hopefully Johnny doesn't come back to the industry.

[Confirmed] GreenValueHost being sold to XFuseSolutions

Hate to state the obvious, but there's never value in buying customers as they shift constantly from provider to provider in that price range. Acquiring the client base of GVH is likely going to cost more than it will be worth, and quite honestly is a stupid move to even go anywhere close to...

Process for checking IP ranges issued.

Detected IPs are just IPs that hit their system at some point. We have ~35k IPs and it says we have ~300 IPs. Great way to track down forum/blog spammers though

Okay so since this is how this is going, let's do this. As I mentioned earlier, this customer still has not contacted me directly or opened a new support ticket when requested to do so many times. Only way I found this customer was by manually digging through tickets and finding this particular...

I don't actually know who you are 100% as you haven't bothered responding to my requests for proof of service via an IP or email.

I'd be more than happy to issue a refund to the guy if his claims are substantiated. But if he was getting ddos'd because of IRC reasons, then yeah we aren't going to swap out the IP so he can go and do it again.

As I mentioned, could you PM me something that would help us identify your account so I may look into the handling of the support as well as possibly defend myself? You keep making all of these claims, but refuse to provide any information to me to do any form of investigation into the matter...
