Surprised this was never implemented anywhere. ARIN "suggests" IPv6 in their tickets when requesting blocks, but they don't have any real rules that permit them to deny based on IPv6 utilization.

FedEx Has proven more troublesome than UPS. Don't know why this was released, I reported a bug last week or so with the beta about the "Order Accept Encountered Problems, Empty Username field" when using "username counter per server" and it's not fixed in the version you just released, basically breaking the whole creation process entirely.
