Yes - Tell the customer the specifications and do not go around the bend with lying - telling them other things, ignoring the ticket. Just remember that customer may turn from a $2 hosting account to a contract worth $50-100 down the road.

I highly doubt 2checkout will ever close. They're expensive, but they're also a good platform to have aside from PayPal. We're using Skril, WU, PayPal and bank transfer.
