As long as remote reinstall and remote reboot are options, no need for IPMI. Also it would be good to have some KVM on-site and just sell time on it.

As other have said, I find it useful for a hosting provider to have sales over live chat. Support over live chat is frustrating and I personally prefer sending a ticket as a client.

If the server is beeping, there is definitely something wrong. Disabling the beepings is ignoring the problem. Diagnose, find and resolve it. Might be a failing sensor of something. Ask for further information, the beep code and possibly take the machine offline if needed. Server's don't always...

Guys, 25$ is still a great price for 1u, you can't expect premium network for pennies :) 

It is a different forum - different rules apply :) LET has 7$ limit as it was intentionally for.. Real lowend VPS, not 5GB for 7$
