;) At least this thread is keeping the board busy... Better than the chirp of crickets. Go start a thread about something if you wish, no need to TC. OT: Will be interesting to see where this goes, another company pulled under CC, I've done some contract work for GVH here and there over the...

    Completely anonymous VPS

The problem with virtual credit cards from what I've seen is the extensive verification they do on the user anyways. If the virtual credit company gets pressured into releasing details or got hacked the safety of the user identities would be gone. In some cases having a level of anonymity can...

BlueVM quick review - 6 months

I have a pretty similar experience, I monitored my uptime for my 2GB server in Texas - I had to cut the length due to an odd amount of small outages near the beginning of the year.

How do I host a WordPress Blog on a Windows Azure Virtual Machine?

Have you opened port 25 in your firewall? I assume an Azure VM is Windows Server 2012 R2.

    Favorite current Linux Desktop OS

SolydXK has been growing pretty well, fairly nice OS to get up and running quickly with a more tested release cycle. Debian with quarterly package releases to prevent breakage.

    Remote Desktop Manager

I actually use RoyalTS which has the ability to use Putty/Rebex SSH sessions with key management and encryption. It can also do VNC and RDP connections too. Its not without its flaws but it gets the job done. Looks very similar to the one you linked though...

    Increase vps disk space

I'm pretty sure using "unlimited" storage for shared hosting would violate their acceptable use policy and likely end with your account suspended or terminated if your torrents are not legal and you are re-sharing them.

    kloronbumble?

Theres some general information here: https://bitbucket.org/Svedrin/kloronbumble/src/8e56ca6c9d39881a76cff1967ff7acbdea1d647a/infos.txt?at=default From a quick browse of the code, it looks like its pretty minimal in functionality. I think that softwares such as oVirt / Ganeti might be a...

Limiting the CPU resources a bash script can consume when running?

You should be able to use cpulimit. manpage Though that may require some workarounds like finding the PID of itself and executing cpulimit.

CentOS, Ubuntu or Debian for a newbie learning to manage a server?

If you intend on using cPanel, CentOS. If you plan to do VPS, CentOS.  If you are just messing around, Debian.

milkywayhost.com - Free unlimited ssd shared hosting (no ads).

If you consider the fact that only .html, .css, .php files are allowed, it seems possible to offer "unlimited" hosting. Since no images are allowed, there is not really much you can do. Limit one factor completely until its almost impossible to actually use.
