Do you use SeFlow cloud?  I was worried as it appears to be using OnApp + OnApp Storage which I've read multiple problems about as a platform.  Any experience with it would be welcomed.

Although there is a plan to do all of the things you listed; the timescales involved put the chance to request IP space at risk.  My understanding is that those things are not required to get an allocation from ARIN, justification and immediate usage is?

Was planning to keep LLC going.  I'm currently looking into the ongoing considerations. No owned hardware.  A /24 is in use; however upon reading looks like may need a /20 in use first. Thanks

Although I can see how their close ties may make cycling IPs easier and obscuring abuse; however as it stands they are separate entities and there has been no proof to say otherwise.

Yes we only offer services in the US at the moment and are based in the UK.  We're not looking to do a smash and grab on IP address space, just secure some to ensure the long term viability of our business.

I think this is most likely to be an issue around company name.  I cannot imagine that CVPS would be so vocal about their use of SolusVM in public if they were using nulled versions.

Can't imagine many are using it.  What was bursts involvement with it apart from using it?  The alert suggests it was developed by Burst?

Don't think I'd ever sign up anywhere with such a clause.  It's a shame that many people do not read such agreements.
