We run a bunch of such sites. Some years ago we have tried a ton of these scripts, ended up making our own quick and dirty solution, which works for us since about 2005. Basically a 50 line php script... Spent less time coding than searching for a solution. We do not have to account for anything...

I personally dislike Kayako, but that does not mean it is bad, just my personal opinion. For some of our projects we use Cerberus with great success for almost 9 years now.

Thank you for your comments, I will make it more apparent that IT7 runs Bandwagon Host too. I have modified the footer @ Bandwagon host, however, seems like adding an About Us page would require some messing with the code, which I will do once we get the new KiwiVM update out :)

We've been ordering a few of their servers for backups. Website said servers are in stock, well, we only got our first server deployed 3 weeks after payment... The hardware is great though, and the network @gra1 is actually quite good (at least for now).

We do not hide the fact that run both bandwagonhost and vpsblast. They are different services ran on different hardware. To be honest I am not sure why we were dragged into this discussion. We were featured @ LEB twice in the past 12 months (bandwagon deals only), and on WHT I only have one...
