Wasn't Network Solutions that one company that did Domain registrations for 50 dollars a year?  Ehh....  I have no strong feelings one way or the other.  I never really used Network Solutions nor did I really care for it so I never went with it.  

Since this got bumped I guess it's overdue for an update. I originally was going with ExpertVM for a while.  Service was decent.  However we had a routing problem from a residential ISP (NTT's Residential Line) in Japan.  I think one of the routers on NTT's side was blocking it (in Japan)...

I'm 100% sure @Fusl knows what he's doing ;)  I mean it was even said that it was for performance testing, so obviously you're going to see some people trying to push the boundaries outside of normal parameters.

I'm pretty sure general logical reasoning can be applied here. Assuming how beefy the host node is (if they tell you that is...), what kind of configuration they have, you can roughly assume if it's oversold or not.  As a general rule of thumb, an E3 node should not have 200 VPSes on it.  Or...

Yeah...  You're gonna have to search for Windows Server.  Windows 7 and 8 are for desktop/consumers, for servers it's Windows Server OS.

Nah.  No CLI interface available either.  The purpose of the IoT version is so you can connect to your Raspberry Pi from your Windows Desktop by Powershell.  However you can't access the CLI directly from the Raspberry Pi (you need a Windows 10 Computer to do this).  So only thing you can do...

Alright so tried the Windows 10 Insider Preview IoT for the Raspberry Pi 2. Honestly, it's nothing interesting yet.  Right now it's focused on being the interface for Windows and the Raspberry Pi.  It's for developers to start getting their feet wet on Windows + Raspberry Pi development...
