It's possible. I'm going to see what I can figure out relating to the serverbear benchmark, not sure why it's so bad.

Is it a performance issue real-world use or did you run a benchmark? VPSMON is setup to limit benchmarks ran to prevent excessive load that isn't real-world applications.

Been using iOS7 since early beta. I like it to be honest.

A large chunk of our network is backhauled to Atlanta. From memory the only on-site network operator we use is Atrato, so if it routes over nLayer or Telia it's likely to backhaul to Atlanta. We do peer on JXIX as well, so not all locations within Florida should bounce to Atlanta first.
