If you want a dedicated core, you should pay for it.  If you want to use 1 core all the time, on a 4 core server, for example, you should pay 1/4 of the cost of the server.

Had this happen to one of our slaves about 2 months ago.  Was working great for months, and then just lost it in Solus.  About the same time (perhaps a coincidence) I lost the ability to use the "Change Owner" feature.  I simply updated the master and every slave manually, and it fixed itself.

Wasn't he just reselling you guys?  All his plans seemed remarkably identical to what you guys were offering, same control panel, same SSD caching, etc. 

I don't think it's the script either.  There isn't a whole lot you can do wrong with the script. 

I have never been charged a transaction fee when issuing a refund.  The PayPal fees have always been refunded for me.

Would defintiely be interested.  Have clients who would be interested.  Unfortunately, no IPMI would be a deal-breaker.  Absolutely no reason not to have it on a server.  Accessing it via a VPN would be just fine.

Can't really comment on them anymore, but had a small 1GB VPS with them probably 2-3 years ago, and it was always very solid.  No downtime to speak of and no overloading issues or such. Of course, things could have changed.
