You shouldn't have edited the original post. Editing it (removing everything) makes the question look "odd".

The tl;dr version CC installed a cluster to serve LE*, problems like databases are not synced, data was lost(whole days) were lost, then found. It's been up, then down. Everytime someone makes an update somewhere, slmething else breaks. Everyone blames the "cluster".

We are talking about LE*, there will always be someone who "never got the email" and are furious because of this "out of the blue" shutdown of locations. It has happened before and will happen again. Probably not as escaleted as before since many of the "old" users are not so active there anymore.

I might sound like a fool when saying this but isn't your master and slave node different installations? Yes, your master listen on port 80 but does your node also do that or the default ones?

This is just a guess but your status page says your solus node is offline but it's not? Have you changed the ports that solusmnis listening to default 80&443 or is it still the default port? Can you open the solusvm status script URL in a browser without getting an error? If not, what error do...

So instead of paying for a antivirus software, they pay you over and over to remove their viruses? Challenge yourself to sell a "real" antivirus software.

Why not do what many computer manufacturers do and install a trial version from some decent antivirus provider? That way you leave the computer with a working antivirus and you wont get it back within your 90 days.
