If you are receiving enough chargebacks and disputes for it to be such a major concern.. perhaps it's time to stop assuming the problem is with the clients, and determine instead what you're dropping the ball on to make that many people unhappy.
That's not how the real world works. Informing senior management of their ignorance, no matter how gently worded, is typically a one-way ticket out the door.
I tend to try and talk people away from porn hosting in any case - honestly, when you take into account licensing and legal issues, something like Litespeed is the very least of your concerns.
The same way we handle abuse/etc now. If it gets reported to us, we'll get with the client and get it dealt with. But privacy is a very high concern for us - unlike some providers that like to go sorting through their clients' data, that is an absolute no-go with us.

Doing things as a reaction to others is what prompted the... youthful decision to change it in the first place. Just be yourself, don't let others have such a heavy impact on you.
After seeing Solus and.. some others, this does indeed seem to be sadly true. But, this is a market where you don't have to know how to actually administer a virtualization platform to "be a provider", so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.
Hah. If there is a recording, I don't have it, sadly (wish I'd thought to make my own recording). I have access to the Mitel phone boxes.. but only for networking - I can't access or tell if there are any recorded conversations, sadly.
Availability is the key. Our policies require that payments be made from a source in the client's name (ie, not using someone else's PayPal or such) - so we're looking at adding other legitimate payment methods to circumvent the "X isn't available in my country" issue.
