Just because the IPs are from HE doesn't mean they are tunnel broker IPs.  I would assume they are purchasing IP space from HE directly.

But if you are the only one on that IP doesn't that make it traceable? I guess privacy is not the same as anonymity. 

Ditto, haven't heard of any iptables related issues on our servers.

Our nodes are rebooting to apply the patch.  I really hate it when these happen as it is just a pain for everyone.

If you are coloing that power cost will probably end up making you worse off then just getting a decent modern CPU as well.
