    Which location would you choose?

No matter what you're going to be in a location that favors another continent over another, so honestly what @Nett said with Cloudflare isn't that bad (unless Cloudflare screws with certain aspects of the site like it did with vpsBoard).   Honestly give it a shot.  If not and you want...

    Kimsufi

OVH Kimsufi atoms have been come and go every day :D   They even had them in stock at BHS every once in a while (remember when they just opened up BHS?  They said they weren't planning on bringing over Kimsufi but later they did).   But yeah.  Great price for a cheap machine but for anything...

    Accurate bandwidth accounting

Most common tools use libvirt if I recall.   Honestly I don't think there are many other good alternatives really.  @Francisco or @KuJoe (I don't know if KuJoe has added KVM support yet?) are probably the best people to ask.

    Definition of "Cloud"

haha well once we throw High Availability to the equation the thing becomes a bit "beefier".  High Availability is usually defined by the end result of relative to "100% operational" (Commonly expressed as 99.999% availability).  But then the entire parameter definition argument can be...

    Definition of "Cloud"

The term "Cloud" (usually short for Cloud Computing) has most commonly been used as a marketing term for VPS Services.  "Come Test our Cloud Servers!" sometimes merely means a single VM on a single server with no hardware redundancy.  Now today, the general consensus has been "Cloud" has to...

Too bad if Intel® Virtualization Technology not supported on VPS node?

Depends. OpenVZ shouldn't have any problem (as far as I can tell?). KVM, it'll be ridiculously slow (as in practically unusable).   You could probably just run OpenVZ, Docker, LXC, and just those OS-level virtualization systems if your system doesn't have VT-x support.

    500GB Backup VPS (non-OVZ) close to HostDime-Orlando-DC2

Talk to @serverian ? I mean it's incredibly difficult to get something like that.   If Dallas, Texas is your thing then there's 500 GB KVM

    What's for Lunch?

I forgot to mention. Add home fries/potatoes to that mix with the eggs.  Adds volume and I personally LOVE potatoes in my dish.  Also top it off with a scoop of Guacamole and a few small cubes of a single tomato.
