INIZ - NYC, LA, Netherlands HostUS - Atlanta, Dallas, LA, Hong Kong CloudShards - Dallas, LA, Sydney Some other providers, but I'm not sure if they can announce IPs or not: BuyVM (they have anycast), RamNode, EDIS, FitVPS
