I would not recommend using OVHs spam filtering as if you have a false positive or need changes adjusted it will take awhile for them to have this accomplished for you. I would suggest looking at Office365 for email hosting. 

We stopped allowing people to use SSL certs as a justification. We are needing to be more strict these days as IPs are running low. 

If Hostbill was more reasonably priced I would switch over to it but its out of our price range. 

I would be very interested in this as we currently look at every order manually before processing due to the high amounts of spam. 

We have been using Cpanel for years and really enjoy it, test Cpanel and Plesk out yourself and see which meets your needs.

Both providers have a solid network infrastructure but if you are going to be needing support and do not want to wait days then I would look at other providers. 

Admins like to stick with what they know and have used in the past. Price can definitely be a factor for admins on which networking equipment to go with as well. 

SolusVM is doing a much better job recently with updates and patches. Hopefully this is a sign they will be releasing all of the features we have been waiting for! 

Offering IPMI is a great feature that most people will require having when signing up for services. 

We have been searching for a new panel as well but SolusVM seems to be the best one out there right now.
