Last time I checked with them, their answer is simply "because WHMCS is buggy, we deserted it." LOL

That's why many providers are still using it, maybe NOC-PS will re-consider to continue the WHMCS module development in the future, who knows.

NOS-PS is really good option to consider, however it does not provide support for WHMCS module any more, sigh... LinMin is another option, as well as FastDeploy, but never had any experience with them, anyone could share?

Wondering if you have figured out the reason why "users marked as 80-90% fraud and been the best of customers". maybe they are making order using VPN which cause the maxmind high risk alert?

Indeed, Hostbill is lacking of interaction between official and clients, which they have never improved yet.  Not to mention their 'vary from minute to minute' price, that's really hurt for people having interests in it.

Dating back to 2010 I ever used their service, the general manager Jacob is friendly and helpful, but their technians does not look professional, sometimes a hardware related issue ended up with a "I have rebooted your servers" response. Hope they have improved that.

It's quite simple and neat, a default bootstrap style. I would suggest change the icon on "manage servers" page to smaller as currently they are looking a little "abrupt", just my thoughts.

It helped us alot, we use both Maxmind fraudcheck and FraudRecord as second, sometimes Maxmind just let some suspicious orders go through, FraudRecord just report that. I would recommend every provider to use it, it's totally free and you have no reason not using it.

They have just lower down their branded license to $79.99, which I think is reasonable. The problem is, their support price is absurd, and their codes are buggy.

Seriously replying OP's question, I would recommend http://www.zomex.com/ but I suggest you doing some custom modifications instead of directly using the templates. You should always have your own style, be same with your competitors makes it a bit difficult to be standing out.
