I just tested the website/client area and it seems to be responding normally. I am not a customer so I cannot test the control panel. I wonder if they are just having some technical issues. 

I agree, especially as there are likely a few customers who left CHVPS on bad terms only to be stuck with them again. 

He clearly has no intentions of doing anything of the sort, you have been asking daily with no response yet it is clear that someone at CHVPS is keeping an eye on this thread. I honestly see no need to keep it a secret any longer unless they have some more dirt that they are not ready to air out. 

I do that intentionally every chance I get. I even go out of my way to go to the Apple store when I eat Mexican

No shock there. It is rare to see any datacenter take a server offline due to DMCA complaints unless the provider has given multiple warnings and it is still only done as a last resort.

I wont disagree there, If I were in his shoes (or anyones shoes to be honest) I would distance myself as far away from GVH as possible.

Well, thanks to the excellent prison inmate education programs, it is possible to earn a few degrees while reflecting over his past mistakes.  

I would have doubts if he claimed to do it himself but I dont doubt that he would have used a third party service

There is technically no age limit with being "charged" however being charged as a minor is a slap on the wrist. Most serious crimes done by someone above the age of 15 can bring "adult" charges.  To be honest, I have a feeling that this may be the end of GVH. Even if he only spends a few days...
