This is really frustrating! I feel so helpless. First it was Chicago VPS who lost all my data and the sites were down for a week., and I moved to 24khost by looking at the reviews and now this. @24khost, Please let us know if our data is safe, so that I can take a backup of the latest.  :(

I have two sites hosted with them on a vps server. Seems like the server is down since 1 AM this morning. I cannot reboot or ssh onto it. Raised a ticket as well.  Is anybody else seeing the same?

I dont think they have a Customer Service. Raised a Ticket 2 days ago and there is NO Reply!
