For OpenVZ it's Turkey, EU and KVM it's Dallas US.

We only ignore DMCA for the Openvz which is in Turkey and DMCA does not apply. KVM node is in Dallas so need to comply with DMCA. Bandwidth is expensive in such locations, how much bandwidth were you looking for?
