3 KVM-based VM's - 3 Different locations

Looking for 3 KVM-based VM's with the following min-spec's

1GB RAM

2 cores (for short, non-intrusive bursts)

30GB HDD

500GB Transfer

Budget would be  $16 or less per VM.

Basically I'm looking at any place except the following: QuadraNet (MI/LA), Hetzner, CoreBackbone, i3d, OVH, Equinix SY3, Kotka 26.

Looking at UK/SE/ES/IT/US - Split it across Europe and US more or less.

Intended usage is network-probes so uptime is very important, both in terms of network and hostnode. IO/CPU is not too important.
