Anyone have any machines in TelX in their New Jersey location? How is it?

We are in the TelX 100 Delawana building, Telx is telx, infrastructure is fine, business practices are rough, Expect to be over-charged and nickle and dimed on everything.

They are building a 100k+sqft facility nextdoor to it.

yeah it's pretty massive looks like a freezer warehouse.

2 peekay drive but it doesnt look that close to river drive. Theres a building in between river drive and the new DC.


Why do you deal with the nickel and dimeing? Any other viable DC?

Can't say much about New Jersey, but we're in NYC and they're reliable and incredibly expensive...

Expect $200+ per hour on any remote hands requests.

Once it took me, no joke, 3 months to get a cross connect in 111 8th.  So speaking strictly about their ticket handling capabilities, best of luck to you, sir.  Uptime was great though.
