hetzner are slightly most costly and have limited bandwidth and they have no free anti-ddos.

Given the "business plan" and nightmarish build idea, I would honestly be surprised if his crap ever made it to 24 hours uptime to begin with.
ovh if it's a hardware fault 2 hours with 24/7 support.
It is a vary tight in cost i would need about 760 people on the node to break even.
Well then that's your business plan out the window and your whole idea a fail already.
I think you just need to give up the idea of $1/year..
Also your budget does not include the setup fee.

I told you to ban him yet you keep ignoring me thanks to my (bad) past habit of requesting VPS - I sometimes do but only on low-end communities and those that offer free VPS.
