First orders are manually provisioned to prevent spam. We also have MaxMind in place. Once your first order is approved it is automatic setup for all future orders as long as you have one active. MaxMind always reviews orders no matter if it is your first or your 50th. You should be setup now however. :)

Bought one in Detroit a few days ago. It's been perfect. If every OVZ provider could deliver service like this the world would be a better place :)
