I was reading through some articles and saw this pop up:

I'm curious if the FCC is going to allow that to happen... Imagine paying the for the bandwidth you buy plus a fee for all the traffic you get as well... It'll be like paying for Bandwidth 2 times!

Verizon and AT&T already get loads of money from their subscribers for internet access.  WTF makes them think they get to double charge!?  The nerve of those people is astounding.

It goes back to the old thought process that there's two ways to increase revenue. Either innovate, or legislate new streams from existing innovations and investments. Seems unfortunately that they're eyeing the second route.
