I want 30 linux vps for running traffic exchange i want it for 2$/vps i know its tough but not impossible 

1Core 

1Gb ram

SSD 

Desktop Insalled

$2 for a VPS with 1GB RAM and SSD storage is really pushing the boundaries no matter what hardware or provider the VPS host is using. That's not even profitable level on OVH servers without overselling and cutting every other corner in existance.

Is there a template that has a Linux desktop already on it?  

2 dollars a month doesn't leave much even after IP costs.

Not going to happen and I'd question any provider who would stoop so low to cater to that.

Not going to happen and i wouldn't trust anyone that is willing to offer this. I was once with a DC that charged $3 per IP so yea. Plus 30 VPS for one customer. No thanks.

Your Budget is low and requirements are high. Have you any server location in your mind?

The IPv4 itself cost more or less the same as your budget, perhaps you may want to consider to raise your budget?

Like cdrive say IPv4 cost more that your budget .. better increase it to 10$ p vps
