looking for 10 vps with residential ips

Yes sure, just google for residential vps and you will find a solution for 50$ a month. I want a cheaper solution.

Most of the time, getting inside residential networks are fairly expensive.  Even a local ISP wants around 150 - 200 dollars per month for a 1U colocation (that's at reduced bandwidth and port speed as well).

This is a price you should pay. it is very hard to offer servers with residental IP's. If everyone be able to do it, the price might be like regular VPS.
