Looking for a serious business partner

I apologize if this is the incorrect section to make my post in, but I cannot actually post in the advertising forums.

I am looking for a serious business partner to start a VPS business with me. I have 10 years of experience in virtualization, and have successfully sold 2 companies in the past which are still going (one of them after 8 years!).

I'm looking for someone with to help with the sales/marketing/administration and business side of things. This would include managing our billing accounts, helping with LLC formation in the US and other things like that. I'd like you to also have at least some experience in the industry, but I'm definitely looking for a business manager primarily.

I am already leasing hardware (servers, routers) from a datacenter (lease-to-own), I have suballocated IPs in ARIN, and ASN pending. I am not here looking for funding, I have that under control. I need someone who is willing to work for the long haul. It isn't some fly-by-night operation, I'm ready to invest for a long time to see this become a success.

If you are interested, please PM me or reply here. If you are not in the US please do not reply as I am looking for someone to assist with US company formation.

Thanks, and sorry again if this is in the wrong section!

Merry Christmas!

Thomas

No.

I believe it is saturated, but with poor quality most of the time. It depends on how quickly you want ROI. If you're willing to wait a while before seeing any real growth, then it doesn't matter :)
Better tell us -

Where your company is based

Where you are (country/city)

Language requirements

etc.

Although the market is pretty busy right now there is always space for a new well run company that can offer something slightly different. Good luck!

You can get a broker to handle your LLC formation in the US and not need to rely on some one.

There are some things you will need to do in person though, such as opening a bank account as the laws got strict after 2001.

Get your business plan together and figure out how to accomplish all of your goals.

Best of luck Mate.
