Need 4GB+ US VPS/Dedicated, bringing own Windows License

I am looking for a US-based VPS. I am planning to bring my own Windows license to the server, so if that is not possible then it won't work for me. Here are the specs I need:

• RAM: at least 4GB (5-6GB DEFINITELY preferred)
• Disk: at least 50GB
• Network: at least 100Mbit burstable
• IPs: 1 (2 preferred, IPv6 preferred)

I would love to have 5 or 6GB of RAM, but I'm sure that will put me out of my price range. 50GB is about the minimum of diskspace I would need -- 100GB would be plenty for my application. I won't be doing a whole lot of transfer on this so speed/reliability is my primary concern over transfer, I'll move no more than 2-3TB/mo and that's being very generous. Again, I would prefer 2 IPs would forego it for the interest of keeping costs down, same with IPv6 -- it's nice to have but I'll be happy to cut costs where I can.

Right now, I am paying $14/mo for 4GB, 100GB disk, 1Gbps uplink, 2 IPs. I'm not looking to get it cheaper, just saying I expect to pay at least $14/mo. I've seen specials around at various hosts for close to what I'm asking for for $21/quarter which is amazingly attractive. I am also considering a low end dedicated server as well, the $34/mo server with 8GB of RAM from datashack is tempting. I absolutely need 4GB, but 5 or 6GB would be PERFECT and I would be willing to pay extra for this.

So, looking to pay at least $14, but $30 is about where I top out monthly.
