BTW @concerto49 you need to fix the dallas server's product details, currently it's under category "Newyork Servers"

Website also needs to be fixed

The business. Or how can we post ads for it? It's already stated in the original post that we 100% own this.

I don't think where the website sits governs ownership right? A lot of people host their website / internal applications elsewhere for a lot of reasons.

To shed some light, here is the email that has been sent to the clients:

We are writing to inform you that we are exiting the Dedicated Server hosting business to focus more on our VPS hosting business.

 

GetDedi started in late 2013 to provide high-value development and personal servers at a low cost. After a period of time, we stopped stocking our low priced personal servers and focused on providing high-performance VPS nodes for fellow VPS providers.

 

Because of the extended amount of time spent provisioning, reinstalling, troubleshooting and managing dedicated servers, we couldn't focus enough on our VPS hosting brands and still provide quality support for GetDedi. Providing support for GetDedi was simply taking too much of our time, and we felt strongly that we did not want quality to suffer because of this.

 

We have transferred all of our assets to Query Foundry LLC, also known as Cloud Shards, to take care of our customers. Please note that this was not a sale. We did not sell any of our assets to them. We have simply transferred the ownership of our physical and digital assets to them.

 

Query Foundry has highly skilled staff that are able to take care of our customers better than we could ever hope to achieve. They have more experience in dedicated server hosting and are able to offer a higher quality of dedicated server hosting than we were able to. We know that we're putting you in good hands.

 

We are actively working with them to make sure the transition will go as smooth as possible.

 

This decision was not made lightly, however, we know that we have made the right decision, both for our business and your continued service. We know you'll be happy with Query Foundry.
