We're looking for a dedicated server with minimum of 60GB ram, prefer an SSD.

USA/Canada preferred. We pay roughly $130/month currently for it in USA, no ddos protection, etc.

If you're running a large game server, I'd highly recommend a faster / more modern processor to keep up with CPU-related demands. Nobody likes to play on a laggy server.

Of course, this does depends on what game it is and if it has the proper ability to make use of multi-threading.

As much as it pains me to say it, for your budget and RAM requirements you should look at ovh. Don't forget that you will get ZERO support from them so be prepared to be able to manage every aspect and if you need help you will need to get it else where.
